Trinity Lutheran Quakertown

August 6, 2021

Members of Trinity and guests,

The COVID committee met Tuesday, August 3rd, and made a recommendation to Council concerning the resurgence of COVID surrounding the Delta Variance. Pastors Malloy and G have also had several conversations concerning this new threat. At the August council meeting, the council took some time to discuss and pray about what should be done to ensure the health and safety of all who worship and study with us here at Trinity.

Due to the increase in COVID numbers and new CDC masking recommendations, Trinity is asking everyone to mask while in our buildings. We acknowledge and respect that not everyone agrees with mask mandates and not everyone wishes to mask. For this reason, we have continued to have virtual worship as well as in-person worship. We invite those who prefer not to mask to join us on Facebook or YouTube. We as a council desire greatly to be able to worship together again mask-free in the near future, and we will continually monitor the situation in our area and make updates to the current policy when needed.

We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to keep all in our community safe and healthy. We continue to ask for your understanding, patience, and prayers as we all continue along this seemingly endless road.
